The conference fee covers attendance at the conference, coffee breaks, lunches (Monday-Wednesday), conference dinner (Tuesday), conference materials, visit to the microbrewery (for the first 40 registered participants) and free access to transmission of the conference talks for the participant’s team.
ACCOMPANYING PERSON:
Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the coffee breaks, lunches, visit to the microbrewery of the Faculty of Food and Technology of the University of Agriculture and Gala dinner at the Old Town, but they are not allowed to attend scientific sessions.
STUDENT CONFERENCE GRANTS:
Due to the generosity of the conference sponsors, we are able to offer undergraduate or PhD students a limited number of financial grants supporting attendance at the conference and/or workshop. The grant of 1000 PLN can be used to cover the fee or accommodation costs. To apply for the grant the candidate has to email to the conference address (biotransformations2024@ikifp.edu.pl). The Organization Committee is going to assess the applications on an individual case basis. The preference will be given to applicants from outside of the EU and from lower-income countries.
